30-Day Limited Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase online. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from us, you may return the item within 30 days of the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and a 15% restocking fee.

Any unused, re-sellable merchandise in original condition and in their original boxes or packages may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the order date. The returned item must be in the original box with all paperwork.

Important: We will refund the product price only. Outbound shipping costs will not be refunded. Orders that received discounted or free shipping will be charged for initial shipping cost.

When Your Order Arrives

Do not refuse delivery for minor damage.

If a package is damaged, check the contents for damage before refusing delivery. If damage appears to be minor, and only a few items need to be replaced, we recommend accepting the shipment (or at least any undamaged packages) after making note of damages on delivery receipt. Doing this will speed up the replacement process in many cases because parts can be shipped sooner and faster delivery methods can be used.

Steps for Canceling an Order

1 Contact our customer service staff toll free at 1-866-448-8231 to request a cancellation.
2 To cancel your order, include your order number, name, billing address, and items ordered. Orders ship promptly and once shipped are subject to a 15% restocking fee, if an order needs to be cancelled please reach out ASAP.
3 We’ll acknowledge your request upon receipt and let you know as soon as possible if we were successful in canceling an order that has not yet entered our shipping department or is on backorder.

Important Note:

Orders that are already in the shipping system cannot usually be canceled although we will make every attempt to do so at your request. The cancellation process is costly to us, so once an order has been sent to our shipping department, or transmitted to a vendor for shipment, there will be a cancellation fee of 5% of your order total if we are able to cancel your order.

Steps for Making a Return

1 Identify your original sales order number and have it on hand when you call our customer service department.
2 Obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Contact our customer service staff toll free at 1-866-448-8231 to request an RMA.
3 Once you receive your RMA you can return the merchandise through UPS, FedEx, or USPS – dependent on the item – for a refund or replacement.
4 Place this RMA number on the outside of your package(s) in a visible place. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Return Merchandise Charges and Fees

  • Shipping charges are not refundable, and COD packages are not accepted.
  • Any discounts given will be subtracted from returned merchandise refunds.
  • You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping to our warehouse plus a 15% restocking fee.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

1 Grandio Greenhouses are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship for ten years from the date of original retail purchase on all plastic panels. Additionally, the aluminum frame is warrantied for life. The word “defects” is defined as imperfections that impair the use of the product.
2 Defects resulting from misuse, abuse or negligence will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover defects due to improper installation, alteration or accident. This warranty does not cover damage caused by vandalism, rusting, “acts of nature” or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer.
3 This warranty is nontransferable and is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. If the parts are defective within the terms of this warranty, Grandio Greenhouses will repair or replace defective parts at no cost to the purchaser. Shipping charges to and from the factory or distribution center are not covered and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Labor charges and related expenses for removal, installation or replacement of the greenhouse or its components are not covered under this warranty.
4 This warranty does not cover scratching or scuffing of the product that may result from normal usage. In addition, defects resulting from intentional damage, negligence, unreasonable use will void this warranty.
5 Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. While every attempt is made to embody the highest degree of safety in all equipment, freedom from injury cannot be guaranteed. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from the use of this product. All merchandise is sold on this condition, and no representative of the company may waive or change this policy.
6 This product is not intended for institutional or commercial use; Grandio Greenhouses does not assume any liability for such use. Institutional or commercial use will void the warranty.
7 This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability for use to extent permitted by Federal and state law. Neither Grandio Greenhouses nor any representative assumes any other liability in connection with this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Wind/Snow Ratings

Important Notice

Wind and snow ratings are an indication of the strength of the product when installed and maintained properly, but are not a guarantee of actual performance in every and all situations.

These are DIY products and as such Grandio cannot control the installation of the greenhouse nor do we control any ongoing maintenance, installation location, base or greenhouse placement, below greenhouse soil conditions, extreme and unusual weather conditions or events, loose objects in the surrounding area, dry or weak trees or tree limbs nearby, whether doors and/or windows are left open or unsecured, ice or unusually wet snow build-up, and/or other conditions or instances that can negatively affect the greenhouse performance.

Any and/or all of these factors can contribute to potential damage and/or failure that is not a defect of the product. Please review the installation manuals thoroughly for installation and maintenance guidelines.
