Shipping Policy – Grandio Greenhouses

Thank you for shopping with Grandio Greenhouses! We strive to deliver your aluminum greenhouse kit safely and on time.

Lead Times & Shipping Availability

Many of our greenhouse kits are built to order or have limited stock. Each product page clearly displays the current estimated shipping lead time (for example: “Ships in 2–4 weeks” or “Ships in 6–8 weeks”).

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the stated lead time on the product page.
  • Lead times are estimates and may vary due to high demand, production schedules, or supplier delays. We will do our best to ship within the posted timeframe.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your estimated ship date. We will notify you promptly if there are any significant changes to the expected shipping timeline.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all greenhouse orders to the contiguous 48 United States. This includes curbside delivery.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Other Locations

  • Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available but not included in free shipping. A shipping quote will be provided after your order is placed.
  • We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or international addresses.

Order Processing & Shipment

  • Once your order is placed and payment is verified, we begin processing within 1–5 business days.
  • Your greenhouse will ship as soon as it is ready, according to the lead time shown on the product page.
  • We ship via FedEx or UPS (using their heavy/oversized shipment services due to the size and weight of the greenhouse kits).
  • You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Details

  • Standard delivery is curbside. The driver will not bring packages inside buildings, garages, or through gates unless special arrangements are made in advance (additional fees may apply).
  • Delivery after shipment typically takes 7–14 business days in the contiguous U.S., depending on your location and carrier routing.

Important Delivery Instructions

  • Please inspect all packaging for visible damage upon arrival.
  • Do not refuse delivery for minor box damage. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
  • Inventory all boxes and parts as soon as possible after delivery.
  • If you find damaged or missing parts, contact us right away at +1 (866) 448-8231 or info@grandiogreenhouses.com. We will arrange replacement parts as quickly as possible.

Shipping Damage & Claims

Damage occurring during transit is the responsibility of the carrier. We will assist you in filing a claim and expediting any needed replacements.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because many items are built to order, cancellations after processing has begun may incur a fee. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
